Support
As
with all computer software, there are times when you
will have a question or a problem when using Smart
Address. If this happens, please take the
following steps:

Reboot - If an application has just started
crashing or giving unexpected messages, try
rebooting your PC. Our experience has been that this
fixes most one-off events. If that doesn't work,

Read the Help File - accessed from the Help menu in
the Smart Address program itself.

Check you are running the latest version of Smart
Address. From time to time, update releases of Smart
Address to fix known problems and issues. By
displaying Smart Address' About box, Help/About
menu, you can see what build of Smart Address you
are running. Then check the
downloads page
to see if a more recent build is available. If so,
download and install it to see if the problem goes
away.
