with all computer software, there are times when you
will have a question or a problem when using X2Net SignCode. If this happens, please take the
following steps:

Reboot - If an application has just started
crashing or giving unexpected messages, try
rebooting your PC. Our experience has been that this
fixes most one-off events. If that doesn't work,

Check you are running the latest version of X2Net SignCode. From time to time, we release updates of
X2Net SignCode to fix known problems and issues. If a later release
is available,
download and install it to see if the problem goes
away.
