Support
As
with all computer software, there are times when you
will have a question or a problem when using Recent Documents. If this happens, please take the
following steps:

Reboot - If an application has just started
crashing or giving unexpected messages, try
rebooting your PC. Our experience has been that this
fixes most one-off events. If that doesn't work,

Read the Help File - accessed from the Help menu in
the Recent Documents program itself.

Check you are running the latest version of Recent Documents. From time to time, update releases of Recent Documents to fix known problems and issues. By
displaying Recent Documents' About box, Help/About
menu, you can see what build of Recent Documents you
are running. Then check the
downloads page
to see if a more recent build is available. If so,
download and install it to see if the problem goes
away.
