License Information
Recent Documents is licensed on the basis of
a license for each
separate device running X2Net Recent Documents (with
special arrangements for Terminal Server, see below).
The
licenses are per-device, not based on concurrent access. If
20 devices will run X2Net Recent Documents, but not all at the same
time, a license for each device (i.e. 20 licenses) is still required.
License Requirement

A single user running on a single computer requires only
a single license.

Multiple users on a single computer (such as multiple
users sharing a single computer running Windows XP)
require only a single access license.
Terminal Server Environment

When running Recent Documents using Windows Terminal
Server, each separate remote connection to the Terminal
Server requires (i.e., each user) requires a license.
