As
with all computer software, there are times when you
will have a question or a problem when using
X2Net PrintStore. If this happens, please take the
following steps:

Reboot - If an application has just started
crashing or giving unexpected messages, try
rebooting your PC. Our experience has been that this
fixes most one-off events. If that doesn't work,

Read the Help File - accessed from the Help menu in
the X2Net PrintStore program itself.

Check you are running the latest version of
X2Net PrintStore. From time to time,
we release updates of X2Net PrintStore
to fix known problems and issues. If a later release
is available from our
downloads page install it to see if the problem goes
away.

online support
forum where you can get help and support
for your question or problem.
