with all computer software, there are times when you
will have a question or a problem when using X2Net Contacts. If this happens, please take the
following steps:

Reboot - If an application has just started
crashing or giving unexpected messages, try
rebooting your PC. Our experience has been that this
fixes most one-off events. If that doesn't work,

Read the Help File - accessed from the Help menu in
the X2Net Contacts program itself.

Check you are running the latest version of X2Net Contacts. From time to time,
we release updates of X2Net Contacts to fix known problems and issues.
To check if you are on the latest version, simple
click the Check for Updates item found under
the Help menu in X2Net Contacts. If a later release
is available,
download and install it to see if the problem goes
away.

for your question or problem.
