Simple View

X2Net Contacts can display its contacts it one or two ways, using a Simple View and an Advanced View.

 

This screenshot shows the Simple View selected. 

 


Advanced View using Contact Cards view

This screenshot shows X2Net Contacts displaying its contacts using the Advanced View.  In this view, there are four different contact displays available. This screenshot shows the Contact Cards display where each contact is displayed as a contact card, with a quick jump index bar to the right of the contact cards.

Another screenshot of the Advanced view, this time showing the Phone List display, when the contact details are presented in a grid with the contact's data fields running across the display.

 

 


Advanced View using By Company view

Another screenshot of the Advanced view, this time showing the By Company display, when the contact details are again presented in a grid but this time grouped into groups of contacts that have the same value in the contact's Company field.

A Flag status can be set for a contact as an indicator for specific reasons (for example: different flag statuses could be used to indicate the need to call someone, visit someone, sensitive contact, important contact, etc.).


Advanced View with a User Customized view

Another screenshot of the Advanced view, this time showing the display having been customized by a user. In this case, the user wanted to display the contacts grouped by both Company Name and Flag Status.

 

Performing your own grouping is as simple as dragging the field column header to be grouped to the "grouping bar"

Any field can be included or excluded from any of the Advanced View displays, by using the View, Customize menu.

Whilst contact details can be displayed in either the card display in Simple View or in the Advanced View's displays, the contact can also be opened to display the contact's Contact Card Screen.

In this screenshot there are two dates defined. One is for an annual event and the other for a monthly event. As you can see, the dates will issue reminders prior to the event, and also automatically advance the date (when it has passed or the reminder acknowledge) to its next scheduled occurrence.

In this screenshot, only the default categories are listed. However, the category list may be customized as required by using the Manage Categories option


Print Envelopes Screen

This screenshot shows a contact's address about to be printed to an Envelope. X2net Contacts provides a quick and easy Envelope Printing facility that allows you to address envelopes for contacts with the minimum of fuss.

 

There is a large number of pre-defined envelope formats available and you can also define you own custom envelope sizes.


Print Labels Screen

This screenshot shows a contact's address about to be printed to an Address Label. As with the Envelope Printer, X2net Contacts provides a quick and easy Label Printing facility that allows you to produce address labels with the minimum of fuss.

 

There is a large number of pre-defined label formats available and you can also define you own custom address labels.
