do the following

First
off, if something has just started crashing or giving funny messages,
try rebooting your PC, in our experience that fixes a good
proportion of one-off strange events. If that doesn't work, then...

Check
the Help File (accessed from the Help menu in the X2Net BrowserPal
program itself).

Check
the Help/About box in the program to determine what version you are
running. Then check the download page to
see if a later version is available. If so the problem you are experiencing
may have been fixed in the newer version, so download and install
it to see if the problem goes away.
